Danon has extensive consulting and operations experience, training leaders at all levels, nationally and internationally. She specializes in diversity & inclusion training, development, call skills, leadership training, curriculum design and performance management.

She obtained her Doctorate in Management Organizational Leadership, and earned her Masters Degree in Management from University of Phoenix, and a Bachelors, in Computer Science and Black Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
